Carl A. DiPietro
Age 81, of East Canton died Wednesday, July 28, 2010 in his home following a brief illness. Born June 26, 1929 in Canton to the late Salvatore Sr. and Mary (Depasquale) DiPietro. He was a life resident of the Canton area and a U.S. Army Korean War veteran. Carl retired from the Ford Motor Co. where he was a press operator with 30 years of service. Preceded in death by four sisters, Adeline, Rose, Flora and Joanne. Survived by his wife of 59 years, Elsie M. (Higham) DiPietro; two sons, Garry DiPietro of Port Clinton, OH., Daniel DiPietro of East Canton; three daughters and son-in-law, Debra DiPietro of East Canton, Dianna and Tom Orlando of Waynesburg, Carol DiPietro of Carrollton; six grandchildren; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Frank DiPietro of Canton, Noel and Bea DiPietro of Canton South, Salvatore and Georgia DiPietro of Louisville; numerous nieces and nephews. It was Carl's wishes to be cremated and there be no services. Sanders Funeral Home in East Canton in care of arrangements.
